본 약관은 개인 개발자가 운영하는 Bashy(bashy.app, 이하 "본 서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 본 서비스를 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
운영자는 사전 통지 없이 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다. 개인이 운영하는 무료 서비스라는 점을 고려해 주시기 바랍니다. 다만 서비스를 영구 종료하는 경우에는 가능한 범위에서 사전에 안내합니다.
본 서비스는 있는 그대로(as-is) 제공됩니다. 운영자는 서비스의 무중단 동작, 오류 없음, 특정 목적에의 적합성, 데이터의 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다.
특히 AI 비서가 제안하는 칼로리·영양 정보는 추정치이며 의학적·영양학적 조언이 아닙니다. 건강에 관한 판단은 전문가와 상담하시기 바랍니다.
관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 운영자는 본 서비스 이용으로 발생한 데이터 손실, 일정 누락, 간접·부수적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 예외로 합니다.
본 서비스는 Google API, Firebase, Open-Meteo, Groq 등 제3자 서비스를 이용합니다. 각 서비스의 장애나 정책 변경으로 인한 기능 제한에 대해 운영자는 책임지지 않습니다. 해당 서비스 이용에는 각 사업자의 약관이 함께 적용됩니다.
이용자는 언제든지 구글 계정 권한 설정에서 본 서비스의 액세스를 삭제하여 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.
본 약관이 변경되면 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁이 발생한 경우 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원을 관할로 합니다.
These Terms govern the use of Jarvis (bashy.app, "the Service"), operated by an individual developer. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The operator may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice. Please bear in mind that this is a free service run by one person. Where the Service is shut down permanently, advance notice will be given where reasonably possible.
The Service is provided as is. The operator makes no warranty of uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of data.
In particular, calorie and nutrition figures suggested by the AI assistant are estimates and are not medical or nutritional advice. Consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for data loss, missed events, or indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service, except for damages caused by the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The Service relies on third parties including Google APIs, Firebase, Open-Meteo, and Groq. The operator is not responsible for feature limitations caused by outages or policy changes at those providers. Their respective terms also apply.
You may stop using the Service at any time by removing its access at your Google account permissions page.
If these Terms change, the revised text and effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute shall be subject to the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
